Season 1

A chill, Hermitcraft-style survival server.

Small, whitelisted, Java 26.3 (older versions work too). Build a base, start a shop, make something huge next to people who stick around.

Mossgate MC | A chill, fun

Hermitcraft-like semi-vanilla server

What's on it

Mostly vanilla
A couple of performance mods on the server side. Nothing you need to install, nothing for sale.
Voice chat
Simple Voice Chat is on. Install the mod if you want to talk to people nearby. Skip it if you don't.
The Warden can hear you
Talking in voice chat sets off sculk sensors. Yelling in the Deep Dark is a bad idea. Whisper or sneak to stay quiet.
Elytra for everyone
The dragon drops one every time it dies, so you're not fighting over a single elytra. It also can't break blocks in the End.
Your stuff stays yours
Every block and chest is logged. If someone griefs or steals, it gets rolled back and they're gone.
Older versions welcome
26.3 looks best, but anything back to 1.10 can connect. Newer blocks just look a bit off on old versions.
Elytra trims
Trim your elytra like armor. The server offers a small resource pack when you join so you can see them. Totally optional.

Rules

  • Be nice to people.
  • Don't grief or steal.
  • No hacked clients or x-ray. Minimaps and performance mods are fine.
  • Keep chat friendly.
  • Ask before building right next to someone.
  • The first 300 blocks around spawn are for public farms and shops. Put your own base further out.

Applications get read by a real person, usually within a day. Hang out in the Discord while you wait.

Something wrong?

Griefed base, someone being a jerk, a bug, anything. Open a ticket and you can chat with staff about it right here.

Press F3 in game and copy the XYZ line. Helps a lot with griefing.
